Congressman William Pascrell, honorary chairman of the Green House Gala, and the Green Hill Board of Trustees, announce the first Green House Gala to be held on October 14th, 2010 at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, NJ.
This fundraising event will support the construction of the Green House® Homes in West Orange. The first of its kind in New Jersey Green House Homes provide seniors in nursing care with a complete home environment, private bedrooms with baths, kitchen, dining room, living room with hearth, front porch and backyard for ten elders with 24 on-site nursing care.
The Green House Gala will present the Lincoln Ames Award, to Mrs. Aubin Ames. The award celebrates the legacy of former Green Hill Chairman Lincoln Ames 2004-2006, whose vision and support made the Green House project possible. Congressman William Pascrell Jr. will also be recognized for his long-standing support of senior issues in the State of New Jersey and of Green Hill Inc.

This fabulous dessert is nutritionally ‘brain healthy’ with all of the berries and dark chocolate flakes. Socially heart healthy, as it serves four people so you should have some friends over to share it. Physically heart healthy, if you go to a ‘pick your own’ farm and pick your own berries or, build up a little arm muscle tone while you froth the milk and grate the chocolate. I know once you eat it you will get a little aerobic exercise from dancing around the kitchen with joy.
